This webinar is intended for individuals who are considering leaving or have already left the United States—whether voluntarily or as a result of immigration enforcement—and who seek to learn about pathways for returning with lawful status. Participants will hear personal stories from individuals living abroad to gain perspective on life outside the United States. The session will cover the legal consequences of departure, bars to reentry, and employment-based options for reentering lawfully. While individualized legal advice will not be provided, the session will offer practical guidance and insights to help participants evaluate potential strategies and plan their next steps.
