This month’s Community Immigration Update will focus on the 5/21 memo from USCIS about green card applications inside the U.S. (Adjustment of Status). We will cover what we know, what we don’t know yet, and what steps individuals can take while we wait for more information. Attorneys with expertise in family, humanitarian, and employment-based immigration pathways will present and answer questions.

This session is designed to support undocumented community members who want to know more about the 5/21 memo and how it may affect their Adjustment of Status applications, whether they’re being prepared or pending.

While we won’t be providing individualized legal advice, this webinar will cover:
